Our e-Billing is Going Away!

Our current e-Billing program is going away, but only because we are replacing it with something even better.

What you need to do now:

You MUST un-enroll to avoid being charged through both the old and new systems.

NOTE: Before you un-enroll make sure to write down your account number so that you have it to enroll in MEL.

Step-by-Step Instructions on How to Un-enroll

To un-enroll from e-Billing, click Account Setup on left side of screen.

Step 1

Choose REMOVE.

Step 2

Confirm you are un-enrolling by clicking SUBMIT.

Step 3

An Account Removed page should show that you have canceled e-Billing for that account.

Step 4

Make sure you have your account and banking information ready.

Go to www.myenergylinksc.com and register for MEL (My Energy Link), our new customer service website and mobile app. 

Register Now

Once you are registered, you will receive an activation email. Click the link in that email and you are set to access your account and make payments from the new system.
