Do the Easy Thing

Santee Cooper offers customers many ways to pay.

When’s the last time you walked into your utility to pay your electric bill?

For me, it’s probably been at least 10 years. My local retail office is across town and can be difficult to get to at times.

Honestly, I’m just busy and taking the time to drive even a few miles out of my way isn’t a smart option for me. I’ve made telephone payments, used auto draft and snail mail, but paying online has always been so much more convenient. However, this option doesn’t work for everyone.

Knowing each customer is different and has individual needs, Santee Cooper is constantly searching for ways to add more convenient payment options. Working with businesses in the communities we serve and creating a payment partnership beneficial to everyone, especially our customers, is the right thing to do.

Did you know that every branch of Anderson Brothers Bank in Horry and Georgetown counties will gladly accept your Santee Cooper payment?  It’s quick, easy and nearly effortless on your part. All you need is your Santee Cooper account number, the dollar amount you wish to pay, and cash or a check.  The teller will process your payment, give you a receipt and your account with be updated immediately with your payment.

All Coastal Carolina National banks in Horry County do the same.

Working on the south end of the Grand Strand?  Drop off your payment at the Conway National Bank in Pawleys Island, or Palmetto Heritage Bank and Trust in Pawleys Island and Murrells Inlet.

Out shopping at the grocery or picking up meds from the pharmacy? Stop by the customer service desk anywhere Western Union is available and make a payment there as well.

Change can be difficult and scary, but adding payment options for our customers is the easy thing to do.
