Santee Cooper's Property Management division is responsible for the administration and management of the property along lakes Marion and Moultrie.
Permits & Leases
A Santee Cooper permit must be applied for and issued before beginning any construction. Permits can be attained at the Property Management office in Moncks Corner. Permits should be posted and be visible from the lake and/or road.
