Cooper AI Assistant

Meet Cooper! He’s our AI virtual assistant. Cooper is here to help you answer a range of questions.

If Cooper isn’t able to help, you can simply select the “Connect Agent” option or type in “I want to speak to a live agent.” This will connect you to one of our Customer Service Representatives during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The live agent feature is not available nights and weekends.

Cooper is easy to use, and we encourage you to put him to the test!

Here's How You Can Chat with Cooper:

Click on the “Cooper” icon on the bottom right of each page. Then the bot will pop up like below.

  1. Enter your question in the “Start a new conversation” field and click “send.”

  2. Cooper will provide the answer accordingly. To get more information about your topic, click on “Click here for more info.”  It will redirect you to the website page.

  3. To change the language from English to Spanish, first go to “click here for more options” and then click on “Language” button.

    Then a pop-up will be shown to select the language. Once you select Spanish, Cooper will start responding in Spanish.
