Pay My Bill
Santee Cooper offers a variety of payment options for your convenience. Our two most popular payment choices are paying your bill fee-free by registering your account in My Energy Link, our customer service website, and making a one-time payment plus service fee, which lets you quickly pay your bill without needing an online account.
MEL (My Energy Link)

MEL is where you can manage your entire account online. Be sure to LOG IN and pay with your checking account and routing number to avoid any fees.
When you go paperless, we all save. Sign up for MEL, myenergylink.com, for a chance to win a smartwatch. Giveaway runs from Oct. 1 to Dec. 31.

Pay as Guest (One-time payment)

A guest payment is how to quickly pay your bill online without creating a MEL account, and incurs a small service fee.

We’ll review your usage at the end of the year and if needed, settle the difference and adjust the next year’s average bill amount.
