Trade Allies - New Homes
The Santee Cooper Smart Energy New Homes Program promotes the implementation of high-energy efficiency measures in homes that are new construction or total gut-rehab. Rebates promoted through this Program aim to increase the construction of energy efficient new homes in Santee Cooper’s service territory by encouraging builder’s participation.
