Santee Cooper is Closing Retail Offices, Old Santee Canal Park due to Winter Weather

MONCKS CORNER, S.C. – Santee Cooper retail offices in Myrtle Beach and Moncks Corner will be closed Wednesday in anticipation of slick roads and other potential weather challenges. They will remain closed Thursday because of forecasted icy conditions.

Customers can do business with us anytime using the MEL app, including monitoring their power usage. The app allows users to set high bill alerts, pay their bills, and more. They can also reach customer service at 800-804-7424.

Santee Cooper teams across the company are ready for the cold temperatures and possible outages. Customers can report and track outages at stormcenter.santeecooper.com.

Additionally, Old Santee Canal Park will close at 4 p.m. Wednesday and open when it’s safe to do so.
