More Time, More Flexibility: We're Making Billing Easier

Santee Cooper is giving you more time to pay your electric bill. As of April 1, customers now have 25 days – plus a 2-day grace period – to pay their bill instead of the usual 15 days. That is nearly four full weeks to take care of your bill, with less stress.

This change is all about making life a little easier. With more time and options, managing your bill just got more convenient.

Because everyone will now have extra time built in, we are phasing out the old “Extend Your Due Date” program. With the new program, there is no need to make a separate request.

And don’t forget, you can still Pick Your Due Date! Whether it is the 1st or the 28th, you get to choose what works best for your schedule.

We are always looking for ways to give you more control, flexibility and peace of mind when it comes to your account.

Visit our website for more information on ways to pay your bill.
